Do
you have a complaint about the treatment?
I take all
complaints seriously, and I am also legally obliged to
respond to them.
The complaint can be about the treatment itself, and also
how I communicate with you outside the session, but in the
context of the therapeutic relationship.
You can take the following steps:
1: Contact me, by mail or by letter, in which you
indicate: the date of the session, and what your complaint
is. I am obliged to respond to this within 6 weeks. I do
not judge, but will do my best to communicate with you to
see how we can resolve this. It is also educational for me
and your complaint can help me improve the quality of my
work. Do not hesitate to contact me in case of a vague
complaint or dissatisfaction.
2: If your dialogue with me does not have the desired
result, you can submit the complaint to the independent
professional complaints officer with whom I am affiliated.
This is free and accessible for you. The complaints
officer will listen to you and me and mediate between us.

3: If the mediation by the complaints officer does not
have the desired result, this officer will indicate how
you can submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee to
which I am also affiliated. For this, only the court fees
